At InSign Clothing, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed, it is confirmed and moved into processing. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that certain products may be made-to-order or printed on demand. Such items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated where applicable.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship orders using reliable third-party logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery across India.

InSign Clothing does not own or operate delivery services and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Any additional charges such as COD fees or special delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part.

5. Address Modification

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, shipping address changes may not always be possible. Requests for address modification must be raised immediately by contacting our support team.

InSign Clothing shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers are encouraged to track their orders regularly and remain available to receive deliveries.

7. Undelivered or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to origin.

In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges, or the order may be cancelled without refund of shipping or COD charges.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Pre-Orders & Special Releases

Products available on pre-order or limited releases will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page. Estimated dispatch dates are indicative and may change based on production schedules.

10. International Shipping

Currently, InSign Clothing ships only within India unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Force Majeure

InSign Clothing shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or logistical disruptions.
